Jupol (Police Justice)

JUPOL (Justicia Policial) is a union representing members of the National Police in Spain, dedicated to defending their labor, social, economic, and professional rights. Its main activities include:

  1. Defense of Labor Rights : Fighting to improve working conditions, such as wages, hours and job security.
  2. Legal Advice : Offers legal assistance to police officers, protecting them in legal and disciplinary cases.
  3. Social and Economic Improvements : Seeks equal pay with other security forces and improvements in benefits such as pensions and work-life balance.
  4. Institutional Representation : Participates in negotiations with the government to influence public policies and improve resources for police officers.

IGC (Independent Civil Guard)

The Independent Association of the Civil Guard (IGC) is an organization that represents members of the Civil Guard in Spain, defending their labor, social, and professional rights. Although it is not a traditional union due to military regulations, it performs similar functions by advocating for improvements in working conditions.

  • Salary Equalization : It has been key in the fight to reduce the salary gap between the Civil Guard and other security forces, such as the National Police.
  • Labor Defense : The IGC works to improve salaries, working hours and safety conditions for civil guards.
  • Legal Assistance : Offers legal defense to its members in disciplinary and judicial proceedings.
  • Institutional Representation : Participates in negotiations with the government to improve the conditions of the Civil Guard.

Spanish Airsoft Federation (FEA)

The Spanish Airsoft Federation (FEA) is a national organization that represents and organizes airsoft in Spain, promoting a safe, responsible, and structured approach to the sport. Its main mission is to support associations and players, ensuring they have the necessary tools to enjoy airsoft comfortably and safely.

One of its main initiatives is the issuance of federation licenses, which include liability and accident insurance with dental coverage, available to both associations and individual players. These licenses aim to guarantee the safety of participants and provide legal backing for the activity.

The FEA also regulates and promotes speedsoft competitions, a dynamic and sporting form of airsoft. It organizes the National Speedsoft League, which is part of the European circuit, following the international standards of the NSL.

Furthermore, it works on the development of common regulations for the practice of airsoft in Spain, demonstrating to the authorities and the public its regulated and professional nature.
